Or use a destroyer fitted with 3 salvagers and 5 tractors. If you absolutely have to keep those LAR, cap booster charges, and metal scraps, drag a jetcan around with you and empty it with an indy when you're finished.

This is fixed on the test server. The LP store button is always there, but it doesn't open and gives you a message if you don't have any LP. I haven't gone looking to see if they gave Interbus a store.
